1. Directly Through Facebook
- Log in to your personal Facebook account that has access to the Page.
- Navigate to the Pages section on the left menu or by searching for the Page name.
- You can manage posts, messages, settings, and roles directly.
2. Facebook Business Suite / Meta Business Suite
- Access via business.facebook.com.
- Lets you manage multiple Pages, Instagram accounts, and ad accounts in one dashboard.
- Provides access to scheduling posts, insights, ads, and permissions.
- Can be used on desktop or the Meta Business Suite mobile app.
3. Facebook Page Manager App (older option)
- Meta replaced this with Meta Business Suite, but if installed, it still works for some.
- Allows managing Page posts, messages, and notifications on mobile.
4. Meta Ads Manager
- If your role is focused on advertising, you can log in to adsmanager.facebook.com.
- Useful for boosting posts, running campaigns, and tracking ad performance.
5. Through Role Assignments (Page Roles or Business Manager Access)
- The Page owner can assign roles: Admin, Editor, Moderator, Advertiser, Analyst, etc.
- You log in with your personal Facebook account, and permissions depend on your role.
- Business Manager access gives more structured control (good for firms or agencies).
6. Third-Party Tools (with permissions)
- Tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, etc. allow posting and scheduling to your Page.
- You must connect them via Facebook login and grant publishing permissions.
7. Login as Another User with Access
- If multiple admins/editors are assigned to the Page, anyone with permission can log in to their own Facebook account and manage it.
- (⚠️ Best practice: Don’t share personal logins — instead assign proper roles via Page Settings or Meta Business Suite.)
